Hill College invites the community to enjoy an evening of music by the Hill College choir

Hill College Choir StudentsOn Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 7:30 p.m., the college’s Music Program presents the spring choir concert.

The Hill College choir, under the direction of Dr. Caleb Chang, director of choirs & assistant professor of vocal music, and featuring Larry McCord, professor of music & coordinator of visual and performing arts, on the piano, will perform a range of vocal arrangements, including “Bach-A-Rock,” “A Mozart Canon,” “Simple Gifts,” “A Patch of Light,” and “Heal the World,” among others.

Performances are free to the public and are held at the Vara Martin Daniel Performing Arts Center at the Hill County Campus.

The band and choir performances showcase the talent and dedication of the students and faculty of the Music Program at Hill College, which provides students with a university-level education for individuals interested in careers in music as musicians, singers, and educators.
